Proposal to Liz

This was sooo romantic! Alex really thought his proposal to Liz VERY thoroughly. He talked to one of the administrators at the Cooley Law School Stadium (Lugnuts Stadium) to go on a private tour of the stadium with his girlfriend (now finace!) Liz.  I was apart of the tour as well, but I was there to "shoot promo photos for a news article." or so Liz thought. At the end of their tour Alex brought Liz out to the field, walked around a bit, and proposed to her! It was so sweet! Once everyone chilled out we took a few formal photos around the stadium including photos under the sign for the section where they had sat on their 1st date.  Afterwards Alex brought Liz to the State Room for a private, romantic dinner.  I'm so glad I got to be apart of it!

1st Birthday: Nolan

This was my first time to meet Nolan, but I knew ALL about him since we was born! So I couldn't wait to take his photos! It was such a pleasure doing this session, it was a perfect day in a perfect locations with the cutest little boy! And to top it off we got to end the session with a messy cake smash! The pictures say the rest.

Grand Ledge Engagement On the Town

After romping around in the park we headed to downtown Grand Ledge for some more cool photos! I never knew that Grand Ledge had spiral staircases like that! After a stroll along the streets of Grand Ledge, we ended the session at Preston's Bar for some cold ones.

For Lynsey's Senior portraits we took her photos around the warehouse that I have my studio at in Lansing and then went around Old Town.  Isn't she gorgeous!? I just love that she brought her dog Lucky for photos as well. He was a ham! 

Stevie-Mae 3 months

It was so nice photographing little Stevie-Mae! We went to the MSU Horticultural Gardens and it was a gorgeous day! Doesn't she have the most beautiful blue eyes?

Fitzgerald Park Engagement

Becca and Brad are such a fun couple! We started out their engagement session at Fitzgerald Park in Grand Ledge. I love that place!  So we just tromped around the park a bit then ended with playing on the swings. They were just so gosh darn cute! I can't wait for their wedding in November. More pics to come.

Getting Ready

Ashley & Will's Wedding was great! I was especially excited when I arrived to their two dogs! So I got to spend the "getting ready" part with their sweet doggies and beautiful Ashley! This wedding was a little unique because Ashley and Will were already married, but they wanted awesome pictures and an awesome reception! So they didn't have a ceremony or a bridal party which is different for me but that gave us more time for formals without the stress of a time limit.  The reception was at the Radisson in Lansing so we went across the street and to the Capitol for photos.  The reception was a blast too! Ashley and Will provided a great food selection, we had the option to eat 3 different times! They also had a sweets table which I'm ALL about...I'm kind of crazy about candy... Of course the dance floor was jumping about the whole time.  It was such a privilege shooting their wedding!
