Capital City FIlm Festival Red Carpet Party

How fun was this! Capital City Film Festival has their 3rd Annual Film Festival in Lansing that lasts for 4 days! CCFF kicked it off with a red carpet party held at Troppo in Lansing. It was very cool! Everyone had to walk down the red carpet to get in, get their picture taken by the "paparazzi", then once inside Troppo there were free appetizers, discounted drinks, an awesome DJ, and "vintage" video games!

Lansing Wedding : Steve + Sharon

                                                                 

I am SO happy for Sharon and Steve! They were married at New Covenant Christian Church and had a small, cake reception afterwards. I loved it!

Old Town Engagement : Steve + Katelind + Lucy

                   

Steve and Katelind are such a cute couple! Even though it was cold, we still had a good time outside with their dog Lucy. She's really cute too! We strolled along Old Town for a bit then warmed up in Aggie Mae's Bakery and ended up downtown at Taps 25.

A Band of Three in Lansing

These were shot at the warehouse in which my studio resides. The band doesn't actually have a name yet, so right now, they are known to me as Band Of Three. :-)

Mildford Bat Mitzvah: Jenna

Jenna's Bat Mitzvah was AMAZING! I 1st shot at her synagogue but couldn't shoot during the actual ceremony. Then we went to the party! Jenna's family did an awesome job on the details! They pretty much built a mini western town in this reception hall. She had an entrance way, pine cone placement cards, a saloon, photo-booth, craft room and everything else you can think of that has to do with horses and the west. They had a SWEET candy table, so of course I had a lot of photos of that. The dancing was so much fun, he was a wonderful DJ. Jenna had all the traditional Bat Mitzvah events too, it was a great event!

Such a cute idea! I love that for their Christmas card they had their dog, Khaleesi, drink milk and eat cookies in front of the Christmas tree. We then went to Snow Christmas Tree Farm in Mason and finished our shoot their.
